Android Q News:
Android Q will have a better facial recognition feature. Also, system-wide screen recording is there in Android Q.
Smartphone manufacturers like Samsung, Huawei, OnePlus, and others offer their facial recognition systems. It looks like Android Q will support for dedicated hardware sensor. This move will make it simple for more smartphone manufacturers to use a progressively secure type of facial recognition system.
Android Q also has a system-wide screen recording. This feature eliminates the need for a third-party solution. This build also has new options for notifications. Including a Show silently setting.
Android Q will make it easier for mobile operators to lock phones to their network only.
Under these restrictions, carriers will have rights to do the following actions via the SIM card:
>Whitelist those networks that phones can connect to.
>Blacklist those networks that phones are restricted from using.
>For dual-SIM phones, carriers deactivate the second SIM card. If the primary SIM card slot is not using an approved SIM card.
Android Q reveals the System-Wide-Dark theme. Also desktop mode and permissions tray.
A new option called “Set Dark mode”, in the Display settings offers you to set this dark mode always On, Always Off, or automatically turn On and Off. It is based on the time of day. When this mode is enabled, you’ll see a dark theme. The mode is effective for the Quick Settings, Settings, volume controls, launcher, and many more. Even for applications, there is a new developer setting. It is called “override-force-dark.” When turned on, a dark mode is forcly applied on any application that doesn’t have a built-in dark mode.
Other features found in Android Q are completely revamped Permissions UI. New developer settings, sort of desktop mode. Built-in screen recorder & new accessibility features.
