Huawei 6G Research & 6G Launch Plan
Chinese Tech Giant Huawei started research on the next generation of cellular internet “6G” technology, according to Huawei’s chief executive Ren Zhengfei. Huawei 6g research hints that Huawei is not coming slow towards cellular development. Moreover, the 6G launch plan is also in consideration.

Founder’s Stance on Huawei 6G Research
Huawei’s founder announced on Thursday that the company started to research on 6G a while ago. Moreover, they are working on 5g and 6g on a parallel basis. But Huawei 6g research and development is in the early stages.
He said they still have to cover a long way before the commercialization of 6th generation. If we carry out a rough estimate, it can take up to ten years in the commercialization of 6th generation. So the possible 6G launch plan is about approximately ten years.

Huawei 6g research started at Ottawa, Canada on 6G cellular technology. Huawei Canada’s vice president of research strategy as well as partnership, Mr. Song Zhang said that Huawei also collaborated and talked with the top-notch academics of Canada at Canada’s research universities. The academic departments and Huawei is carrying out Huawei’s 6th generation cellular research jointly about the development of the technology.
Huawei 6G Launch Plan
As the research is being taken out, Mr. Yang Chaobin, who is the president of Huawei 5G products reportedly said that 6G cellular technology would not be available until 2030. It means the 6G launch plan will not be final until 2030.
According to the report, the Huawei Canada facility is strategically very important. Because some top wireless technology researchers hired from Nortel in 2009 to begin research on 5th generation cellular technology. This time, Huawei 6g research is also been carrying out in Ottawa, Canada.
During Mobile World Congress days in Shanghai 2019, Huawei proudly announced that Huawei has inked up to 50 5G commercial contracts. Moreover, also shipped more than 150,000 base stations in the international market. Huawei is also confident to ship up to 500,000 5th generation base stations by the end of 2019.
At MWC 2019 Barcelona
The Chief Scientist of ZTE, Mr. Xiang Jiying told on the MWC Barcelona 2019 that the Chinese tech giant Huawei is already researching on future’s 6th generation technologies. He also added that Huawei 6g technology will appear after the launch of 5g technology.
In the initial phase, there are about 200 researchers in the advanced technology research group. They are carrying out extensive research on Huawei 6g research program & 6G launch plan.
As per vision 2030, technology is progressing by leaps and bounds. We must have very fast internet solutions to deal with Artificial Intelligence, AR, VR, and robotics.
